Cancellation & Refund Policy
Overview
This policy governs all psychiatric consultations, psychotherapy sessions, assessments, and related services offered by T-Minds. Psychiatric and therapeutic services require dedicated preparation and protected clinical time, so cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, or unannounced no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
Session structure
Psychiatry consultations typically last 15–30 minutes; psychotherapy sessions typically last 45–60 minutes. Please arrive on time — sessions conclude at the originally scheduled end time regardless of a late start, and the full fee applies. Sessions cannot be extended beyond the booked slot.
Payments
All applicable fees must be paid at the time of booking; appointments are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and approved payment gateways online, and cash for in-clinic consultations. Any charges deducted by the payment gateway or bank are outside T-Minds' control.
Rescheduling
At least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session: free reschedule. Within 24 hours of the scheduled session: must be booked and paid for as a new session.
Cancellation by you
At least 24 hours in advance: 100% refund, either as session credit (valid for 1 year) or a cash refund to your original payment method. Within 24 hours of the scheduled session: no refund.
Cancellation by T-Minds
If a session is cancelled by T-Minds or your clinician, you will receive session credit (valid for a defined period) or a cash refund, at your choice.
Technical issues
If a session cannot be completed due to an issue on our side, contact our support team — such cases are reviewed individually and any refund or adjustment is processed based on the specific circumstances.
