Introduction & acceptance

Welcome to T-Minds psychiatric care and mental health counselling centre, operated under applicable Indian laws with its registered place of business at Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. By accessing, booking, or using any service — in person or online — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use of our services.

Disclaimer — not a crisis service

T-Minds is not equipped to handle medical or psychological emergencies and cannot provide crisis intervention. If you or someone you know is experiencing thoughts of self-harm, suicidal ideation, or any medical emergency, contact your nearest hospital or local emergency services immediately — online platforms cannot replace or delay urgent care.

Nature of services

T-Minds provides consultative, diagnostic, and therapeutic services through qualified healthcare professionals, both in person and online, including psychiatry and psychological consultation, individual/couple/family counselling, parental counselling, assessments, and webinars/workshops. Services do not include crisis intervention or emergency care.

User conduct

You must be 18 or older to use our services independently; minors require the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, truthful information about your identity and health history, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to attend teleconsultation from a private, safe environment.

You agree to pay applicable fees, including cancellation/no-show charges per our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and to use the platform strictly for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

E-prescriptions

E-prescriptions may be issued after an adequate clinical assessment, at the treating clinician's discretion. Schedule X drugs, NDPS-regulated substances, and other medications prohibited under telemedicine rules cannot be prescribed remotely. Prescriptions are for your personal use only and must not be altered, shared, or reused.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use the platform for commercial or promotional purposes, to record or share sessions without written consent, to attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems, to scrape or harvest data, or to use platform content to train AI models without written approval.

Appointment booking

Appointments may be booked through our website, app, or phone, and are confirmed only upon successful payment where applicable. We may reschedule or cancel appointments for operational reasons, with reasonable advance notice. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to restricted access to further bookings.

Fees, payments & refunds

Session, assessment, and programme fees are payable in advance at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. All cancellations, rescheduling, and refund claims are governed strictly by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

T-Minds functions as a technology and facilitation platform connecting you with independent mental health professionals; it does not itself provide therapy or clinical treatment. Therapy outcomes vary and are not guaranteed. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, T-Minds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where liability is established despite these limitations, it is capped at the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, abusive conduct, false information, or safety concerns. Obligations incurred before termination remain in effect.

Intellectual property

All website content, materials, and branding are the exclusive property of T-Minds or its licensors and may not be reproduced, republished, or redistributed without prior written permission.

Governing law & grievance redressal

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. Disputes are first attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion, and may be referred to mediation or arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 if both parties agree.
